Molly-Mae transformation
This week, she showed off the results of the transformation with a throwback photo. After spending a day at London’s Winter Wonderland this weekend, Molly-Mae shared a photo of herself eating churros, followed by another photo of herself eating churros in the same spot back in 2019.
She shared the pics on her Instagram story, captioning them: ‘Tap to age me two years…’. While Molly-Mae is wearing the same brown teddy bear coat in both pics, the difference in her face and smile is striking. Since the first photo was taken, Molly-Mae has had her lip and jaw filler dissolved and had her composite bonds removed.
Why did Molly-Mae get rid of her fillers?
Molly-Mae previously revealed the moment that led her to getting her fillers removed. She told Cosmo:
I was doing a club appearance and took a selfie. I remember staring at it and thinking: 'I don't know what I've done to my face.' I went from looking like a teenager to someone on Botched. I've never thought of myself as insecure, but I must have been to do that.
She has called for celebs and society in general to stop ‘normalising’ filler, admitting that she is concerned about the impact social media can have on her young fans and urging them to wait until they are older to make decisions about cosmetic procedures.
