Her first time going under the knife
The latest Love Island lady to reveal some brand-new plastic surgery is none other than 2020's fan-favourite, Molly Smith.
According to the 27-year-old who underwent a breast augmentation in November 2021, this was her first time going under the knife. In her most recent post on Instagram, the social media influencer, with more than 800,000 followers, posted a set of pictures wearing nothing but a nude two-piece accentuating her new curves. Back in December after having just undergone the breast augmentation surgery, she said:
I feel so much more confident in my personal life and in my modelling work now. Everything from the breast size to the profile is perfect for me and I couldn’t be any happier with the results. When I was on holiday, I couldn’t wait to put my bikinis on – in the past, I was always trying to add more padding to them!
And added:
Clothes-wise, I didn’t feel restricted at all like I used to. I wore backless dresses and didn’t have the worry about stick-on bras, and I only packed one bra which I didn’t even end up wearing! 'I’m over the moon with my results, I wish I’d have done it sooner.

What has she been up to since?
The reality TV star has remained very candid about the entire experience—documenting the whole procedure to give more insight into plastic surgery to those looking into it for themselves.
Since appearing on the show, Smith has been thriving in the modelling scene and growing her social media following progressively. Much like other participants of the show, she regularly partners with brands to promote products with sponsored partnerships.
