Ovie shared a selfie taken on his sofa with just a side-eyes emoji for a caption, showing his new closely-shaven head, paired with a moustache and goatee. It’s safe to say that the reviews for Ovie’s new look were mixed – with former castmate Amber Gill commenting ‘What happened?’ whilst BBC presenter Reece Parkinson seemed to be a bigger fan, labelling him ‘Ovie Shakur’ with a fire and bicep emoji.
However, it seems that poor Ovie’s not too keen on his new look either – as he has today posted a video of himself sunbathing topless on his balcony (honestly if you are not already following this man on Insta, you’re doing lockdown all wrong) captioned ‘I heard sunlight helps the hair grow 😂😂’.
Is Ovie Soko single?
Fans will know that Ovie came out of last summer’s Love Island coupled up with model India Reynolds. However, their relationship came to an end in October last year after just a few short months together. Since then, Ovie seems to have stayed single – but there’s at least one lady on his mind…
Whilst fans have been clamouring for Ovie to get together with 2019 winner Amber Gill, the pair have firmly insisted that they’re nothing more than good friends. However, Ovie has reached out to another famous lady on Insta - @ing none other than Rihanna to say: ‘@badgalriri sooo the world is about to end... so I was thinking ...’. No word yet as to whether she’s slid into Ovie’s DMs – but what a power couple they would be!
