Peter Andre is seeking legal action
In her book, Amy Price talks about her daughter’s past relationship including Peter Andre. Amy labelled her former son-in-law as ‘utterly controlling’ and believes that Andre used Katie to further his own career.
According to reports, Peter Andre is ‘hurt’ by the accusations and is prepared to take legal action. A source told Ok! Magazine:
Pete’s considering legal action. He just doesn’t understand why his name keeps being mentioned – it was a long time ago. This shouldn’t be allowed to happen again and is upsetting for him and Emily.
Peter has been married to Dr Emily MacDonagh since 2015.
Katie Price hasn’t directly commented on the accusations, but on TikTok, she did reveal that her mother’s book would explain ‘exactly why’ she doesn’t like her ex-husband.

Not the first time Peter Andre has taken legal action against the Price family
As it’s not the first time Peter Andre has been involved in drama with Katie Price, it isn’t the first time the singer has taken legal action against his ex-wife.
After Price and Andre divorced, Price claimed that Andre had cheated on her and that he didn’t care for her son Harvey. Katie had taken Peter to court also claiming that the latter and his manager, Claire Powell, had leaked information to defame her.
In the end, Katie was forced to pay for Peter and his manager’s court fees and to publically apologise to Peter in court. The same source told Ok! Magazine:
Katie lost a court case and apologised for what she said, he doesn't want to be a part of it. His children are grown-up and he's extremely happy. Katie and her family should just move on and forget about him. There's no reason for it to be brought up again.
