Piers Morgan thinks Phillip Schofield will make a comeback
Piers Morgan, who is often considered a controversial figure, has once again shared his thoughts on Phillip Schofield’s situation. Morgan told The Sun that he has often been in contact with Schofield and that the latter is still ‘struggling’ with the whole situation.
I've been in touch with Phillip and I think he's struggling.
He then added that he thinks Phillip is getting a lot of underserved hate as he hasn’t done anything illegal and can’t understand why ‘the world went completely nuts’.
Unless a crime was committed or unless the other party involved decides to contradict something that Phillip is saying, you take it for what it is I'm note entirely sure why the world went completely nuts.

He then added that Schofield should be allowed a second chance:
I feel for him on a human level. I think he couldn't have been more honest about the mistakes he made. He wishes he hadn't done it, and I believe in giving people second chances. I am the living embodiment of getting second chances.
When talking about his potential comeback, Morgan said that Schofield may join him on TalkTV. But moreover, he also speculated that his next career move may not be on TV at all. Schofield could write a book! He said:
Maybe he will write a book. Or join me on Talk TV? Who knows!
