In a series of Instagram posts, Ray J, who is Kim Kardashian’s ex in the infamous sex tapes from the early 2000s, revealed his side of the story. According to Newsweek, he said that Kris Jenner was not only aware of the sex tapes but she had personally ‘watched, hand-picked’ the leaked videos from back in the day.

Why now?
On Thursday's episode of The Late Late Show With James Corden, where Kim Kardashian’s mother Kris Jenner made an appearance with daughter Kylie Jenner. In one of the segments, Corden, who is known for putting celebrities in awkward positions with his questions and hilarious tasks, made Jenner sit for a polygraph test about her alleged leaking of Kim's sex tape in 2007.
When the crowd gasped in unison over the seemingly audacious act, Jenner calmly replied:
‘It's OK, no, no.’
Once the test was done and the man running it confirmed that she was in fact telling the truth, of having to do nothing with the leaked tapes, Kris Jenner said:
‘We cleared that up.’
In last decade or so, since the leaked sex tapes of Ray J and Kim Kardashian became a rage on the internet, Kim’s mother has been making headlines and was part of several gossip columns about her alleged involvement with the release of Kardashian's sex tape in an attempt to make her daughter famous. She was also accused of orchestrating the whole shebang.
Kris Jenner has always denied these accusations.
Ray J says ‘nay nay’
Ray J has, however, claimed that Kris Jenner watched three sex tapes that was filmed with her daughter before ‘hand-picking’ the one that made it to the world outside.
He said in a long 44-minute Instagram Live video:
Your mom controlled this whole sex tape deal ... it was her idea to put out the tape ... All I did was agree
Now you want to make it seem like I’m doing it again without your control. All those fake tears. Your fans trusting you to be honest and sincere but it’s all fake for the cameras. I was playing my part until you started doing all of this!’
Before adding:
‘You know what we did! Kris, you know what you did. I'm about to show people what you did.’
Kim and Ray dated between 2002 to 2006 and reportedly filmed the sex tape during Kardashian's birthday bash in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, way back in 2004.
In 2007, the sex tape was leaked under the name Kim Kardashian, Superstar.
He also claimed that the former couple had shot three tapes altogether: one in Mexico and another in Santa Barbara, California, with the third one titled ‘Intro’.
Ray J has threatened to sue Kim Kardashian as well as Kris Jenner for their alleged ‘lies’ and called the polygraph test ‘fake’.
