Rihanna x Black Panther: Wakanda Forever
There is speculation floating around that Rihanna has recorded two songs that will be a part ofBlack Panther: Wakanda Forever. The movie set to release on the 11th of November might see Rihanna’s music at its end credits.
New York Times journalist Kyle Buchanan tweeted regarding Rihanna’s new collaboration with Marvel’s Black Panther franchise.
A new era for Black Panther
The first Black Panther movie saw one of the biggest global hit songs ‘All The Stars’ by Kendrick Lamar. Now, as the identity of Black Panther shifts from T’Challa to Shuri, as per speculation, so will the music. And there’s no better way to launch the new generation of Marvel superheroes than by getting Rihanna on board to sing after years. There has been no confirmation on this from Marvel’s or Rihanna’s side. The fans haven’t even gotten a peek at the song if it does exist.
Rihanna’s Super Bowl slot
It was announced last month that the ‘Diamonds’ singer would be headlining the Super Bowl halftime show. This Marvel release right before the 2023 Super Bowl really makes sense in terms of timing. And fans are convinced that new music is on the way, as per Hello Magazine.
