It’s been over 12 weeks since the Love Island 2021 final and so far, the four top-placed couples still appear to be going strong. Winners Millie Court and Liam Reardon recently moved into their first home together, as did runners-up Chloe Burrows and Toby Aromolaran and third-placed Faye Winter and Teddy Soares. Fourth-placed couple Kaz Kamwi and Tyler Cruickshank are taking things a little slower but definitely still seem to be happily coupled-up.

However, their fellow 2021 Islander Shannon Singh is sceptical as to whether their relationships will last. In an interview with The Sun Online, she said:
Their relationships are almost keeping up a job. They have got the whole public looking at their relationship. They all have moved in together but I feel like it is keeping up appearances and I don’t have to do that.
And added:
You have everyone’s opinions and that is probably one of the reasons they won’t last. They have too many people peering in their relationship. Especially when you are so young. A lot of the couples are really young, which is a time to make mistakes, but they are going to make mistakes in the eyes of everyone.
How many Love Island couples are still together?
While there are four couples still together from the most recent series, how many couples from older series of Love Island have stayed together? The 2020 series of Winter Love Island has one of the best rates of couples staying together with winners Finn Tapp and Paige Turley, Callum Jones and Molly Smith, Nas Majeed and Eva Zapico all still going strong. Runners-up Luke Trotman and Siânnise Fudge were also still together as of early October but a lack of posts together recently has led to speculation they may have split.
From Love Island 2019, only Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury are still together. No couples from Love Island 2018 have stuck it out. From Love Island 2017, Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt and Dom Lever and Jessica Shears are not only still together but have each got married and had a baby. From Love Island 2016, winners Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey are married with two kids, while runners-up Alex Bowen and Olivia Buckland tied the knot in 2018 too. Love Island series 1’s Cally Jane Beech and Luis Morrison have a daughter together but split in 2018.
