Ellie and Vito have dodged romance rumours all season. After nearly 4 months together, they’re very touchy-feely. Not only do they have amazing chemistry while dancing but they also have great chemistry off-screen. So are they the Strictly love story that we need this year? Let’s look at all the signs that they’re together:
Cute compliments
Ellie and Vito are often seen throwing cute compliments at each other, confirmed Mirror. Back in September, Vito labelled Ellie the ‘most genuine and loving person ever, ever’ and revealed she gives ‘the best cuddles.’
Cosy Public appearances
Later when they appeared on This Morning in October, fans spotted how close the two looked. Seeming very comfortable in each other’s company, the pair couldn’t stop laughing and playfully put their arms around each other while being interviewed by host Rochelle Humes.
Matching Outfits
Ellie and Vito are so in sync that they are often spotted wearing the same outfits on multiple occasions. Appearing on the Strictly spin-off It Takes Two, viewers joked that they texted each other to coordinate.
This comes after former Strictly star Amanda Abbington hinted that they two are a real-life couple as she commented on their post ‘Stunning. So proud of the both of you. You are the most beautiful couple!’
Is Ellie Leach single?
So far neither of them has confirmed that they’re together, but both of them are single. Ellie recently broke up with her boyfriend of five years, Reagan Pettman. The two first got together in 2018 but earlier in May it was reported that they have parted ways. However, Ellie hasn’t confirmed the news herself, confirmed Hello! Magazine.
Meanwhile, Vito is said to be single too after enjoying a string of dates with ex-Strictly star Helen Skelton earlier this year. So, there’s nothing stopping them.

After winning Strictly and creating history for being the youngest winner of the show ever, Ellie and Vito have now responded to the dating rumours. For fans who were rooting for the two, the comment might be bitter-sweet. Cosmopolitan confirmed that Vito explained that the two were so busy that they only had time for rehearsals. He said:
We’re so into the rehearsals all day, we have so many things to think about, and choreography, and lifts, up, down, left, right.
And after we finish we have the time to eat fast enough, and then we nap a little bit because we need the energy to continue the rehearsals.
After, we go home, and we just say, ‘Let’s make sure we eat and go to sleep’, because the next day we have to be back again, so we really are so focused on this beautiful experience.
