Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher first met in 2003. At the time, Demi had been divorced twice. Her first marriage was to musician Freddy Moore from 1981 to 1985. Her second marriage was to actor Bruce Willis, who is battling an incurable disease, from 1987 to 2000. They share three children: Rumer, 36, Scout, 33, and Tallulah, 31.

Recently, Tallulah, has spoken about the time when her mum and Ashton began dating in the early 2000s. Demi and Ashton tied the knot in 2005. The couple eventually divorced in November 2013.
Tallulah Willis talks about Ashton Kutcher entering her life
As reported by Daily Mail, Tallulah Willis left a cryptic comment on Gwyneth Paltrow's recent post about step-parenting. The 31-year-old wrote that she has ‘a lot to say on this’ as well as ‘how to move through an ex-step parent’.
Tallulah was then asked by a fan whether she was talking about Ashton Kutcher. She quickly realised her comment should have been a ‘private message’, and replied:
This maybe should have been a private message lol but yes I have personal experience with this
She went on to add that this topic is ‘an important conversation’ that needs to be had. She also revealed she holds no grudges against her former stepfather and that there isn’t always a need for a ‘bad guy’ in order to heal.

While Tallulah has never divulged too much information on the subject, it wasn't the first time she hinted that it wasn't easy. In 2023, Tallulah was a contestant on Fox’s Stars on Mars and revealed that when Kutcher and her mum — Demi Moore — started their relationship, it sent her into a ‘total dumpster fire’, as she had ‘a lot going on’. She added that she is still working through that moment in her life, but she ‘loves her family’.
It was like, 2003, my mum had just started dating Ashton, it was that moment. There was a lot going on. And I really went inside of myself and that did send me into a total dumpster fire.
It's been years since the two broke up and Ashton Kutcher has been happily married to Mila Kunis. The two share a son and daughter, who reportedly will not be getting any of their fortune.

In a 2023 interview, Ashton Kutcher opened up about becoming a stepfather at the age of 26. He explained that he ‘loves children’ and was ‘helping raise teenagers’, but he imagined it must have felt like ‘how some teen parents must experience their twenties’.
Back in 2020, during an appearance on Marc Maron's WTF podcast, Kutcher revealed he still fosters a relationship with Demi Moore’s children. He said he will ‘never stop loving’ Demi’s three daughters, as they created a bond while he guided them through adolescence.
I was helping raise teenage girls through their adolescence. I love them. I'm never going to stop loving them
The actor added that he makes a 'conscious effort to keep in touch' with them, even though he doesn’t spend time with their mother anymore. Moreover, he understands he is not their father, and if they decide they no longer want a relationship, he will accept that.
I was never trying to be their father. I always had respect and honoured Bruce [Willis], and I think he's a brilliant human being and a wonderful man.
If they don't want an engagement with me, I'm not going to force it upon them. But they all do and it's great.
