An impressive guest will appear at the Expo Tel Aviv for the final of the 2019 Eurovision Song Content, which will take place on the 19th of May. It’s the queen of pop, Madonna, but the competition has had to put on a great spread to welcome her.

A very big cheque and a very big team
For the final, Madonna will sing two songs just before the announcement of the points. She will sing a classic hit, and an unheard song from her new album. As you can imagine, the queen of pop is entitled to a very big cheque for her appearance at Eurovision. According to Haaretz, an Israeli newspaper, she will receive close to a million dollars, paid for by Sylvan Adams, a Canadian-Israeli billionaire donor. The paper also reports that a team of 160 people will accompany her. We hope that Bilal won’t be intimidated to see a star like her perform just before him!
It’s not the first time an American celebrity has appeared at Eurovision. In 2016, when the competition was hosted in Stockholm, Sweden, Justin Timberlake sung Can’t Stop The Feeling.
