He was on Strictly
Seann Walsh was a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing back in 2018. He was partnered with Katya Jones, but it seems there was more than just dancing between the two.
We’ve all heard of the Strictly curse when a celebrity inevitably ends up dating their professional partner. It seems it struck again when Seann Walsh was paired with Katya Jones.
It was widely reported by several media outlets that Seann and Katya shared a kiss while they were both in serious relationships. At the time, Walsh was in a 5-year relationship with Rebecca Humphries while Katya was in a 6-year marriage with fellow professional Neil Jones.
The Sun reported that the pair ‘hooked up’ whilst out drinking during the show back in October 2018. The photo of the two locking lips was released to the public, ultimately ending both of their respective relationships.
Hopes he’ll open up about the scandal
The Sun was the first to announce that Seann Walsh has signed up for I’m a Celeb, with a source claiming:
Seann is an incredible signing for I’m A Celebrity and it’s a real coup for ITV.

According to their source, ITV bosses are hoping the comedian will give details about his scandalous relationship with Katya Jones. Previously, Walsh has joked about the kiss in a few of his sketches but has never gone into detail about it.
The source added:
His snog with Katya is the biggest scandal to have ever hit Strictly. People still talk about it.
Life in the jungle is boring and those long hours around the campfire would be the perfect time for Seann to get talking.
He can’t shy away from it either as he’s best known for that snog.
