Pushy Mom
According to a 19-year-old girl, her pushy mom alerted her through text message that she had been signed up for Love Island. Rylee Schindler shared the footage on social media, explaining that her mother pretended to be the 19-year-old while applying for the dating reality show. She provided screenshots from a text discussion with her mother in the video, which reads:
Good morning unicorn! What’s your email?
Clearly, her mother was up to something, and it came to light a few hours later when her mother sent her the text:
FYI (For Your Information). If you get a call from a casting director to Love Island….I submitted your application.
One of the questions was… what do you want to get out of your experience on Love Island?
Being one of the most important questions on the sign-up form, people were intrigued to know the answer her mum provided. And this is what she wrote:
Your answer was…to be discovered so you can pursue your music career.
Her mum also added:
If you happen to find your ‘person’ that would be lovely too. Oh. I put you were bisexual and a virgin and not willing to just hook up. You’re welcome.
Mixed reaction
When Rylee didn't respond for several hours, her mother texted again with a ‘Hello.’ People who saw the video on social media thought it was hilarious and applauded her mother, with one writing:
We need a mom reveal. She’s so supportive and sweet.
Another added:
The way she asked for ur email three hours before.
