The Top Gun actor loves to get his hands dirty with stunts and has demonstrated various feats that leave his fans bewildered. Recently, a video of his new stunts from the upcoming Mission Impossible movie made rounds on the internet, and people could not believe this dangerous stunt that the actor was attempting. Here’s what it is.
Tom Cruise’s M: I 7 stunt
In what is described as his most risky stunt yet, Cruise rode a motorcycle off a Norwegian cliff and jumps straight into a ravine. He eventually opens his parachute and performs the perfect landing in his first take. The 60-year-old star loves to partake in action movies and recently shared a clip of him detailing the scenes of this dangerous scene from Mission Impossible 7. The video starts with Cruise saying:
This is far and away the most dangerous thing we've ever attempted
Tom Cruise and stunts
Tom Cruise and dangerous stunts go a long way back. The actor has done it all, from a high-speed helicopter chase in MI: Fallout, to holding his breath underwater in MI: Rogue Nation. With every Mission Impossible movie, he takes his adventurous spirit one step ahead by performing the impossible.
There is nothing that the star considers ‘too far’, and his climbing the Burj Khalifa for MI: Ghost Protocol and hanging off a plane that is taking off is solid proof of that. Despite his age, and reaching his 60s, the star does not think twice about these stunts and continues to perform them, proving that age is just a number. This leaves fans with the question - is there anything Tom Cruise can’t do?
