Amidst this, Tommy Fury has come forward to reveal the real reason why their daughter is named Bambi. The 23-year-old PLT creative director previously revealed that she had the name picked out for a long time and it was so unusual that she knew no one with the same name.

The boxing champion appeared on Loose Women on Thursday and further explained the story, reported Mirror. The 23-year-old boxer - who recently defeated YouTuber Jake Paul - revealed:

In the villa, we were obviously talking about babies and when we left we were even more talking about it.

There was only one name for our little girl and it was Bambi because when Molly was young she only wanted to call her little daughter one thing and that was Bambi.

He added:

So I'm not going to be that guy to say no and I love the name anyway.

Tommy Fury dismisses other people's opinions

When Tommy left for the biggest fight of his career right after Bambi’s birth, he was slammed by people yet again for leaving Molly-Mae alone. The father of one, who believes Bambi is ‘the best thing’ that has happened to him confessed he doesn’t care what people say and did everything only for Bambi.

Tommy explained:

I’m not bothered about anyone’s opinions to be honest. As long as my family, my missus and my children think I'm doing alright, that’s all that matters to me.

I know people can say what they want, but I'm away for her so she has a better future.
