I believe I can fly
The actor bungee jumped into a gorge in Navajo Nation, an Native American territory. He was cheered on by his wife, his three children, and by his friend, the actor Alfonso Ribeiro, who was his co-star in The Fresh Prince of Bel Air.
So what were the actor’s impressions after the leap? He admitted that ‘it goes from pure terror to pure bliss’ in a few seconds. He then shared the video of his experience on social media and on his YouTube account. In just 24 hours, the video of his jump had around 5 million views.
But don’t make the mistake of thinking that the 50-year-old jumped for the fun of it: it was all for charity. A few months beforehand, he launched an online lottery in which one of the prizes would give the winner a chance to watch the jump in person. It was a real success in all respects.
