Each week, one contestant was eliminated until only the top three, as determined by the judges, remained.
Tonight on Channel 4, as tensions are soaring, the fate of these three contestants yearning to be crowned is in the hands of the judges, Dame Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood. To wear the crown, these bakers must prove they are well capable.

The Bristol resident defeated his fellow finalists, Chigs and Crystelle, to emerge as the winner in 2021. The Sun reported that Giuseppe, who was lost for words, said,
There are no words, I am speechless for once.
Excitedly, he took to Instagram to promise his fans that they will have their hands on over 60 of his favorite family baking recipes. Giuseppe said:
Big news! I can finally announce that my first cookbook, Giuseppe's Italian Bakes, is coming out this Autumn! If I'm honest, I cannot believe that this is really happening, and I'm still in disbelief while I'm writing this… somebody pinch me, please!!!
Giuseppe, who released the book on 13 October according to Digital Spy, added:
I've collated for you over 60 of my favourite family home bakes, from timeless rum baba to my signature focaccia, and I have unleashed my most-accurate-self to give you detailed, step-by-step recipes, including all the tricks that I have learnt over time.
