Tom Bower’s new book, Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the War between the Windsors, has made some explosive revelations about the Royals. Not only does he claim the Queen was happy that Meghan Markle missed Prince Philip’s funeral, he also alleges that the Meghan schooled Prince Harry’s friends when she met them for the first time.

Meghan 'reprimanded' Harry's friends
According to Bower's book, Harry invited Meghan to meet his Eton friends at a weekend shoot at Sandringham in 2016 where he was apparently 'looking forward to endless banter, jokes — and a lot of drinking.' However, the Prince 'had not anticipated Meghan’s reaction':
Their jokes involving sexism, feminism and transgender people ricocheted around the living-rooms and dining-rooms. Without hesitation, Meghan challenged every guest whose conversation contravened her values. According to Harry’s friends, again and again she reprimanded them about the slightest inappropriate nuance. Nobody was exempt.
Harry’s friends apparently weren’t impressed about Meghan’s 'wokery.' They apparently thought that she was a 'dampener on the party.' According to Bower, one said:
She lacked any sense of humour. Driving home after Sunday lunch, the texts pinged between the cars: ‘OMG, what about HER?' ‘Harry must be f***ing nuts.’
Meghan behaved 'princessy'
It supposedly wouldn't be the only time Meghan clashed with Harry's friends. In 2017, the couple travelled to Jamaica to celebrate the marriage of Tom 'Skippy' Inskip, one of Harry's Eton friends. Bower writes:
The close-knit group keenly anticipated meeting Meghan. They were quickly disappointed.
Not only did she quibble about the food, but she behaved 'princessy,' refusing to engage with Harry’s friends.
