An enormous honour for Meghan Markle considering this is the home the Queen uses as a getaway in the summer months. This invitation is not insignificant; far from it. According to Phil Dampier, an expert on the Royal Family who works for the Sun, Queen Elizabeth II would like to take this opportunity to give Meghan Markle some advice.
‘Better management’
‘This might be a good opportunity to have, not an assessment of [Meghan Markle], but a quiet chat away from the madding crowds as to how [Queen Elizabeth] thinks it is going. I’m sure there must be things where she perhaps thinks things could be done better, so I’m sure she would give her some advice, especially if she asks for it,’ explained Phil Dampier.
Advice that Meghan Markle may need, since she has been seen as being controversial on several occasions because of non-compliance with royal rules, or for slightly excessive expenses. This however does not prevent Queen Elizabeth II from finding Prince Harry's wife ‘engaging and intelligent.’
