One thing is certain, the future royal baby's name will not be revealed before its birth. Indeed, according to Just Jared, among the favourites, Elizabeth is in the lead and is very likely if the royal baby is a girl. This name would be a tribute to Queen Elizabeth II who has governed Britain for 67 years.
