Rumours circulating
People published their article on 11 July 2022, spurring numerous media outlets to share the news, such as The Independent,Mirror, Harper's Bazaar, Page Six, and The Daily Mail. The publication writes that it had learned that Kate Middleton’s sister gave birth two weeks ago, however no source is given. It has not been confirmed by Pippa, her husband, or a spokesperson.
Interestingly, it seems as though the Mirror has since deleted their article. This begs the question as to whether the news is actually true?
Is it true?
There was much speculation last month in June when it was assumed that Pippa had a baby bump at the 'Party at the Palace' concert for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations. However, there was no confirmation that the Duchess' younger sister was pregnant at the time.
Pippa and James currently have two children, 3-year-old son Arthur and 1-year-old daughter Grace. She followed in her sister’s footsteps when she gave birth to Grace last year, March 2021, in the Lindo Wing of St. Mary's Hospital—which is where Kate gave birth to all three of her and Prince William’s children.
Pippa has recently graduated with a distinction from her Masters degree in Physical Education, Sport and Physical Literacy at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, where she researched children's activity.
