Prince Andrew was forced to step down as a working Royal back in 2019. Since, the disgraced Duke has been pushed out of public life, especially by his brother, King Charles. Prince Andrew could have access to ‘unsealed documents’
According to Mirror, Prince Andrew’s legal team is trying to gain access to certain documents from the lawsuit between Virginia Giuffre and the lawyer Alan Dershowitz. It is believed that the Duke’s lawyers plan to ’demolish’ Ms Giuffre’s story.
Ms Giuffre accused Alan Dershowitz of abuse too but then dropped the charges, admitting she had made a mistake.
Prince Andrew settled with Virginia Giuffre and paid around £12 million. The Duke of York has denied all claims of sexual abuse made by Ms Giuffre. He has also been asked about his relationship with known paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Prince Andrew needs to accept his new life
Prince Andrew has slowly been made invisible by King Charles. Indeed the latter has banned his brother from signing any official documents with Buckingham Palace and has also kicked him out of his room in the Palace.
However, according to Omid Scobie, a royal writer, Prince Andrew needs to come to terms with the fact that he will no longer be in the public eye. Indeed since the passing of his mother, Queen Elizabeth, Prince Andrew’s hopes of returning to public life is almost impossible. Scobie wrote:
But when the monarch passed away in September, so did any hopes of riding on her popularity. Without the Queen to stick up for him, he’d find little sympathy from the rest of the family, who were all keen for him to remain out of sight and not tarnish their own reputations.
Reports suggested that the late Queen wanted her son to take on charity work in order to improve his reputation. Scobie then adds that the Duke lacks support to help with his comeback:
In fact, other than the lawyers and aides on his payroll - including UK solicitor Gary Bloxsome and US lawyer Andrew Brettler - Prince Andrew continues to have no one in his corner. And if that’s not a sign for him to give up on this delusional comeback, I don’t know what is.
