Prince Andrew seems to continue to participate in royal occasions despite allegedly agreeing to withdraw from public life following the settlement of his civil sex abuse case with Virginia Giuffre.

Garter Day
It’s anticipated that the Duke of York will appear alongside the Queen for Garter Day at Windsor Castle on June 13. It's the first time the ceremony will take place in three years.
Andrew is expected to participate in the Garter Day ceremonies as a Royal Knight alongside other senior royals for one of the most important occasions in the royal calendar.
His name will also be listed with his HRH title in the next day's Court Circular, according to The Telegraph.
There are now fears Andrew's attendance at Garter Day celebrations could overshadow the event, much like his central role in Prince Philip’s memorial.

Trooping the Colour
The Queen has also allegedly altered a major role in Trooping the Colour to save Andrew from embarrassment, as reported by Express.
As colonel of the Grenadier Guards, the Duke usually plays a key role in the ceremony, riding alongside the Queen and representing the infantry regiment of the British Army in the parade.
It was anticipated that the Queen would appoint a new royal colonel before Trooping of the Colour takes place on June 2. However, instead, Major General Roland Walker will represent the Grenadier Guards.
Major Walker is a senior British Army officer, currently serving as Deputy Chief of the Defence Staff, and a decorated Afghanistan war veteran. He is the former commanding officer of the Grenadier Guards. Major Walker also replaced Andrew at last year's parade.
The Queen won’t receive the Trooping the Colour salute for the first time in 70 years after continuing to experience 'episodic mobility problems.' Instead, Prince Charles, Prince William, and Princess Anne are set to take the royal salute during the military display at Horse Guards Parade.
