New exclusive house!
This comes after the Sussex couple is believed to have outgrown their existing $ 14 million Montecito mansion and feel it 'does not properly accommodate them,' reports MailOnline. Apparently, they are eyeing the exclusive Hope Ranch community where luxury homes go as high as $22million.
A country club, golf club, tennis court, and equestrian trails are all a part of the Hope Ranch community – which is about 10 miles away from the Sussexes’ current home. The Sun confirms Hope Ranch would be a quieter community for Prince Harry, Meghan and their kids.
Some of the rumours swirling around the couple also state that they may have already bought a property, but there’s no evidence to support the statement. Additionally, it is unclear if the couple is looking for a bigger or smaller mansion than their existing one.
However, if the Sussex couple does move to the Hope Ranch community, they will be neighbours to Maroon 5’s Adam Levine, Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom, Ellen DeGeneres, Ariana Grande and Jennifer Aniston.
Current home
According to the publication, their $14 million property has 9 bedrooms and 19 bathrooms and is situated on 7.4 acres with views of the Pacific Ocean. It has a private theatre, gym, spa, wine cellar and swimming pool. Not only this, but it also has a separate guesthouse where Meghan's mother – Doria Ragland – resides when she visits from Los Angeles.
Prince Harry and Meghan also had an incident where two intruders tried to trespass on their property in 12 days. On May 19, the couple's wedding anniversary, at 5.44 p.m., a trespasser at their residence was reported to the police.
A second intruder was discovered less than two weeks later, on May 31, at 3:21 PM, just hours before the duo was scheduled to board a private plane for their trip to Britain for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
