According to Daily Mail, it can cost up to $1,800 a day for the best security. Moreover, according to a report by Forbes in 2021, Prince Harry and Meghan may be paying anything between $2 and $3 million a year for their security.
It is likely that this money goes towards their home security, from electronic devices to guards around their Montecito mansion. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex most likely have a team of people checking out the locations they want to attend as well as escorting them.
