Prince William and Rose
Prince William wore a black tuxedo with a matching bowtie for the wedding. Rose Farquhar tied the knot with George Gemmell after her once-popular romance with Prince William. Metro reports the two dated back in 2000 when Prince William was 18. Rose and George got married at the Church of St. Mary the Virgin, Tetbury in Gloucestershire.
Prince William and Rose first met as children and then later reunited at Beaufort Polo Club in Gloucestershire after Prince William finished his A-levels at Eton. According to Cosmopolitan, their relationship was private as not much reporting has been done on it except for the one time that they were ‘caught by a farmer canoodling in a field.’
Low-key profile
The two have remained close friends despite parting ways as Rose was also seen at Prince Harry and Meghan’s wedding in 2018. As Prince William celebrated a weekend full of love with old friends in the Cotswold Hills, a source told People Magazine that the future King tried to keep a ‘low profile.’
The source claimed:
It was a magical winter wedding in the snow.
The bride and groom left in a tunnel of guests with sparklers in the dark, before leaving in the back of a vintage Land Rover. The Cotswolds are so beautiful in the snow!
The event was also attended by another exof Prince William – Olivia Hunt, and Kate Middleton’s ex – Rupert Finch.
