The family's pet dog, Orla
In the images, Princess Charlotte sits in a field of bluebells that match the colour of her cable knit jumper. In one of the pictures, she has the family's pet dog, Orla, alongside her. The black cocker spaniel looks to the right while Charlotte grins to the camera, one arm around Orla. In her other hand, she holds flowers.
As reported by People, the Cambridges adopted three-year-old Orla from Kate's younger brother James Middleton in November 2020, following the death of their previous beloved pet dog Lupo. Lupo was also gifted to the Duke and Duchess by James as a wedding present.
Their country home, Anmer Hall
The Cambridges have celebrated Charlotte’s birthday in Norfolk for the past three years now. Prince William, Kate Middleton, and Charlotte’s siblings—Prince George,7, and Prince Louis, 3— also celebrated the princess's fifth and sixth birthday weekends at the family's country home, Anmer Hall, located on Queen Elizabeth II's Sandringham Estate.
The Duchess of Cambridge is a keen amateur photographer, and in 2017 accepted a lifetime honorary membership of the Royal Photographic Society, which recognised her ‘talent and enthusiasm.’
The pictures have put royal fans in a frenzy over her close resemblance to her father, Prince William. She has Kate's hair though!
