Twitter account, @TheGrimm5, posted that:
Senior royal spokesperson Lady Burlingham Smythe has informed Westminster that in event King Charles III dies before Queen Camilla her full royal title will become "Queen Camilla, Mother of the Nation". In recognition of her service to the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth.
The tweet, which was viewed over 500,000 times and has several retweets has sparked mass confusion, with people online believing the post was serious. Twitter account @Kkkatewinsdor wrote:

However, the person who wrote the tweet told Reuters that they run a parody account and that the claim is indeed false.
