From her favourite take-out to her preferred drink, there isn’t much that the Queen indulges in. In fact, Her Majesty’s food preferences are relatively a secret, except for a few pieces of information here and there. However, she is an avid lover of sweets, more specifically, chocolate. According to the Express, the Queen is a ‘chocoholic’.

Queen’s love of chocolate
The Queen always has a diversified menu of foods and desserts to choose from, however, her love of classic British dark mint chocolate is unbeatable. This chocolate, usually eaten after dinner, is widely available in many supermarkets across the world.
Unsurprisingly, the British monarch likes to indulge in her late-night cravings every now and then. Darren Mcgrady, Royal’s personal chef revealed that the Queen loves her chocolates so much that she’s a ‘chocoholic’. He said:
Anything we put on the menu that had chocolate on, she would choose, especially chocolate perfection pie.
The Queen’s favourite chocolate
Some of the Queen’s favourite chocolates are from Charbonnel et Walker. This a luxurious chocolate store located in London which sells expensive chocolates for as much as £280. As per People Magazine, head chocolatier, Adam Lee, revealed in an interview at a TV show called Billion Pound Bond Street that:
The Queen does have a list of favourite chocolates with us, but I'm not allowed to divulge that directly to you. However, I can just say that she has very floral tastes.
