Royal fans miss the close relationship between Kate and Prince Harry

The Royal Family has its set duo, which are usually couples going to events together. However, occasionally they will pair two Royals together which they don’t usually do. One recent example is Prince William and Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh’s outing in June for a special screening of Rhino Man at Battersea Power Station.

There is one Royal pairing that the public absolutely loved but is no longer seen due to family tensions, Princess Kate and Prince Harry. A video of the two has resurfaced on the internet and people are reminiscing about the bond they shared before the Duke of Sussex left the firm in 2020 with his wife, Meghan Markle.

The video in question is one of Princess Kate and Prince Harry at Princess Eugenie’s wedding in October 2018, at St George's Chapel, Berkshire, England.

The video was posted on TikTok by user @william.catherine on September 2 and has amassed 296.9K views and over 23K likes. In the video you can see Prince William and Princess Kate sitting side by side, holding hands.

The video then shows Meghan Markle Markle talking with Princess Anne, and then the video cuts to Prince Harry and his sister-in-law deep in conversation.

Royal fans miss Prince Harry and Princess Kate

As the video resurfaced, many Royal fans took to the comments and many reminisced about the close friendship Prince Harry and Princess Kate shared.

Prince Harry’s memoir Spare caused quite a stir with his retellings of his relationship with his brother, but when it came to his sister-in-law, Kate, he was much nicer. When he recalled first meeting Kate, he said he liked his brother’s new girlfriend:

I liked his new girlfriend. She was carefree, sweet, kind. She'd done a gap year in Florence, knew about photography, art. And clothes. She loved clothes. Her name was Kate.

He then revealed that he was good at making Kate laugh and loved being the one to make her laugh:

I liked seeing Kate laugh. Better yet, I liked making her laugh. And I was quite good at it

Indeed when the two were seen together, they were often pictured smiling and laughing with each

other.
