While meeting the staff, Prince Charles' wife was asked by a reporter:'Will you miss Harry and Meghan?', It's safe to say that her reaction sparked a bit of a shock. As the question obviously took her by surprise, Camilla smiled and paused and before starting to walk away, she replied 'hmm...' and then added: 'course'... Awkward...
Over the weekend it was made official that the Sussex pair will no longer be using their Royalty titles or performing any royal duties, Prince Harry publicly spoke about his decision:
'The UK is my home and a place that I love, that will never change. The decision that I have made for my wife and I to step back is not one I made lightly," he said. "It was so many months of talks after so many years of challenges. And I know I haven't always gotten it right, but as far as this goes, there really was no other option.'
The Queen also released a statement a few days before, supporting her grandson and his family:
'I am pleased that together we have found a constructive and supportive way forward for my grandson and his family," read the statement.'
Camilla's reaction got some more talking in the wake of the Meghixt, while it seems that the Royal Family have accepted and supported Prince Harry's choice, people reckon there is a lot of shade still attached to all this drama.
Time will tell.
