Although in a few years he'll be King of England, Prince Charles has not always appreciated his position as future monarch. On 2 June, the Royal Collection Trust's Instagram account shared a photo of Prince Charles as a child. And he looked rather bored.

Indeed, in this picture dating from 1953, you can see the prince with a hand on his cheek, an empty look in his eyes, and he appears to be tired of this public appearance. However, this is not the reason why this photo has people talking, as mentioned on Elle's website.
This photo was taken during Queen Elizabeth II's coronation day, a historic event. And yet, he seemed to be underwhelmed.
A picture that is also reminiscent of a photo of Prince George during the Trooping The Color parade in 2017. In it, the son of Kate Middleton and Prince William was making faces and looked quite agitated. Looks like it's a family thing!
