Big Brother UK: Olivia and Hallie break rules as they discuss nominations with secret code

Big Brother UK 2023 has made its grand and iconic return on TV. The show has returned after 5 years with hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best as the hosts. 16 people have entered the house and will be our daily source of entertainment. Contestants are battling out for the prize of £70,000 to £100,000 as they take part in the ultimate social experiment.

After the first eviction, as housemates bid goodbye to Farida, there are now 15 housemates left and a journey of 5 weeks to reach that one winner.

One of the most famous and obvious house rules is that neither the housemates can discuss nominations nor should their nominations be influenced by anyone. However, tonight (October 18), during the second nominations of the show, two housemates seem to have broken that rule.

While the housemates were still undergoing the nomination process, Olivia and Hallie developed a secret code through which they discussed nomination. Hallie traced letters on Olivia's back with her fingers that formed words like 'Game Player' and another word that started with 'No' and possibly spelt 'Noky' as Hallie stopped Olivia from saying the word out aloud.

Many fans were fuming as the two were not punished for breaking the rule and urged they should've been up for nomination instead of Henry and Zak or some other punishment. They took to X (formerly Twitter) and wrote:

Nah Big Brother has gone soft not bringing the hammer down on Olivia and Hallie.. I’m so mad, I wanted them to be up for the public vote SO bad and it would definitely stop secret messages happening again

Despite viewers' wishes, AJ Odudu confirmed during Late and Live that their rule-breaking will not affect nominations.

However, she did confirm that the two will get some form of punishment in tomorrow's (October 19) episode. Many fans got annoyed further and shared:
