Now that she's out of the villa, she's been speaking to the press about what it's really like to be on the show - and one thing that's caught a lot of people's attention is the infamous Love Island rulebook - which Elma says certain Islanders have NOT been following to the letter.
Love Islanders have to agree to a strict code of conduct before entering the villa - as producers are desperate to avoid any big scandals that could put the future of the massively lucrative programme in danger.
The rules include a two-glass limit on wine and beer every night to avoid Islanders getting drunk, a ban on nudity - even in the showers, where they keep their swimwear on - and a no self-love policy.
Islanders are also banned from sleeping together if they are drunk and are obliged to always use protection. They must also speak to an on-site therapist after doing the deed to ensure that everything is consensual.
