Island “villains” of the year were Michael Griffiths, Jordan Hames and Curtis Pritchard. The latter landed himself in the bad books after dumping Amy Hart following a 5 week “half-relationship”, ultimately leaving her devastated to the extent that she decided to leave the show.
Following the exit, a fiery Longford lass, Maura Higgins, began her pursuit of the ballroom dancer but body language expert, April Masini, claims that the pairing will never work as Amy and Curtis were always better suited.
“Even though [Curtis] complained about [Amy] needing reassurance, it’s one of the things that bonded them over the long run…he liked who he was with Amy more than he does with Maura.”
Moreover, the expert believes it was mainly the intensity of the environment that got in the way of the original pair; “The pressure cooker atmosphere of Love Island will be off, and that’ll make it easier for them to give it a go.”
