But believe it or not, that was way back in 2002! So Ross and Rachel would now be the proud parents of an 21-year-old.
Cali and Noelle Sheldon: Here's what they are doing today
If you're wondering what Emma would look like now, we have the answer. Emma was played by identical twins, Cali and Noelle Sheldon. They're now 21 years old, and almost unrecognizable!
The twins appeared in their first major feature film, Us, a psychological thriller by the same director Jordan Peele of the critically acclaimed film Get Out. The film also stars Elizabeth Moss and Lupita Nyong'o.
According to her Instagram bio, Cali is an actor studying at UCLA. Noelle is also studying at UCLA. The twins most recently went on a trip to Vietnam, according to photos on their Instagram.
Cali and Noelle Sheldon on being on Friends
And if you're wondering what it was like being a part of one of the greatest TV shows ever made—it sounds like it was pretty awesome. The twins' mum Gretchen revealed to Bustle that:
Everyone was really, really nice to Noelle and Cali, and treated them like little princesses on the set.
[Friends] filmed before a live audience, and Cali and Noelle would come out, and they would be waving and engaging with the live audience. It was a lot of fun.
The actresses have previously admitted that they don't remember much about being on the show, and that they weren't even allowed to watch it until they turned 13!
Sadly, we didn't see them in the Friends reunion show that aired in 2021, but we're sure we'll see much more of them in the coming years, as their acting careers looks promising!
