ITV’s jungle adventure has dealt with backlash since the start, from the show hosts Ant and Dec being urged to Quit to sudden exits and looming feud between Celebs, the show has got it all. The first Bushtucker trial of the new series has not left fans further annoyed for a very specific reason.

Why the shouting?
In the first Bushtucker trial four celebs – Boy George, Olivia Attwood, Chris Moyles and Scarlette Douglas – took part in it. The team had to locate some taps which would help fill a water pipe. The title HMS Drown Under sounded simple but had some terrifying creatures joining the celebs.
After Ant and Dec explained the task, Olivia and Scarlette opted to do the hell holes while Boy George and Chris decided to stay locked inside the torpedoes. The two ladies were met with bearded dragons and a carpet python when they put their hands in the hell holes, reported Mirror.
And while the Celebs got 8 out of 10 stars, fans were not impressed because of the unnecessary screaming and lack of ‘creatures.’ They took to social media and wrote:
the unnecessary screaming give it a rest please #ImACeleb
Scarlette needs to stop screaming at every single thing she touches #ImACeleb.
Others added:
stop screaming and get your hand in #ImACeleb
What kind of task is this?! The boys are just laying in clear water catching stars, where’s the creatures at?! #imaceleb.
Apparently, the fans felt the Celebs made a fuss out of a simple task for no reason.
The task explained
Ant and Dec explained to the Celebs that the two of them would need to ‘turn the taps to fill up the water pipe.’ And every time the water would reach a certain number, a star would be released into the 2 torpedo tubes where the other two celebs would be locked in. Ant then quickly added:
There’ll be a few surprises along the way.
However, fans felt there were not enough creatures and the celebs over-reacted for no reason.
