Liberty Poole shocked Love Island viewers last week when she made the decision to end her relationship with Jake Cornish—who she’d been coupled up with since Day 1. After the split, Jake and Liberty decided that they would both leave the villa as there were only days left until the final.

Will Jiberty get back together?
Both of them appeared in a joint interview on This Morning via video link yesterday, and Jake was asked whether there was any chance of them getting back together. He replied:
It would be a lot easier on the outside, but we've just got our phones back. I'd like to think so but it takes two to tango, doesn't it?
But Liberty seemed a lot less keen to rekindle their romance, as she insisted:
I definitely made the right decision. I do still love him—that's not just going to switch off like that. I just think I've made the right decision. If you're not happy you've got to put yourself first. It was contributing factors that led to it to end.
Me and Jake still get on really well. You can never say never because you never know what's going to happen in the future.
So there’s a glimmer of hope there for Jiberty fans—but it does seem like things are over between them. What’s more, Liberty has been predicted to do very well from her Love Island fame after deciding to leave the villa early—with experts estimating she could earn millions.
Jake and Liberty return to the UK
Both Jake and Liberty have now travelled back to the UK – and they appeared to have gone on separate flights, with Liberty travelling alongside Aaron Simpson, Brett Staniland and Priya Gopaldas. Meanwhile, Jake was greeted by his delighted family at Bristol airport—and a number of fans were excited to get pics with him too.
