Love Island, the nation’s most-watched reality TV show, is just over a week into the latest series however already producers have axed one contestant for actions not fit for our viewing.

Sherif Lanre, the 20-year-old chef and rugby player, has found his way into the black book of ITV2 bosses which has resulted in his being dropped from the Majorcan villa.
ITV2 have released a statement regarding the decision: “After breaking the villa rules Sherif had conversations with the producers and it was mutually agreed that he would leave the Love Island villa.”
Moreover, Sherif has admitted, “In a case of poor judgement, I broke the villa rules and as a result agreed with the producers that it was best for me to leave the villa.”
But following this statement, it seems speculation is rising and a released stream of messages suggests a toss-up between the islander with Anton Danyluk over Anna Vakili.
Worse still, his own mother has no idea for what reason her son has been axed and explained to MailOnline, "I don't know the real reason yet, but I'm determined to get to the bottom of it!"
