Millie Court and Liam Reardon won a resounding victory with over 40% of the public vote in Monday’s Love Island final. They’ve gotten over the Casa Amor drama and now seem to be more besotted with each other than ever. However, they won’t be moving in together straight away.

In their first post-villa interview, Liam revealed:
Millie and I will move in together eventually. We’ve been living together in the villa together for the past 7/8 weeks. We don’t want to jump into living together straight away because we don’t want to add too much pressure.
Liam moving to Essex
However, he is planning on moving from Wales to Essex to be closer to Millie—and his fellow ex-Islanders. He said:
Essex seems like the perfect place really. I know some of the boys who were in the villa we got on so well and they mentioned moving in together and they’d like to move to Essex so that’s something I would definitely be considering and that’s my plan really, moving to Essex.
Millie’s living arrangements
Millie revealed that she’s also planning to move into a new place in Essex with some of the girls from the villa for six months before moving in with Liam. She said:
We haven’t been away from each other yet to miss each other and do those things that you do in normal relationships… The one thing I want to make sure is that we still stay as strong as we are now.
Sounds pretty sensible! In the past, several Islanders have blamed their relationship breakdowns on moving in together too quickly. That being said, many of last series’ Islanders moved in together pretty quickly due to the coronavirus lockdowns—and record numbers of them are still going strong!
