When asked by a fan whether she’d keep in touch with everyone from the villa, she said:
Definitely. We was all a massive family in there. I’ve already FaceTimed Kaz and she’s still got my necklace haha. Can’t wait to be reunited soon. Miss her loads and everyone. Love Island Reunion is on September 5.
Fans will be particularly delighted to hear that last bit of info as we’ve been missing our daily dose of villa action since the final on Monday 23 August. The reunion show is expected to take the form of a wrap party and is likely to feature some awkward moments as ex-couplings, love rivals and frenemies come face-to-face once more.
This year’s Love Island reunion will be taking place almost two weeks after the final—that’s a longer gap than in previous years, probably due to quarantining requirements for Islanders who’ve just returned from Majorca and aren’t yet double-vaccinated.
