Demi's journey on Love Island was full of ups and downs. She initially coupled up with Nas when she entered the villa and stayed loyal to him when the boys went to Casa Amor. Nas, on the other hand, didn't and recoupled. Fortunately, Demi found true love with Luke M. The couple made it to the finale and ended up in third place.

But who is Demi Jones?
Demi is a 21-year-old style adviser from Portsmouth, who describes herself as “bubbly, reliable, and friendly”. The "redhead bombshell" revealed she was "scouted" to appear on the first-ever Love Island Winter. She explained on a Q&A on Instagram:
'I was at work one day and I was scouted on Instagram and I literally screamed my head off. I thought, 'I'm never gonna get on there', but I went to my audition and it just went on and on from there and I became a bombshell. Next thing I know I'm walking into the Love Island villa.'
Demi was not the only one this year that has been scouted for the show. Eva Zapico sparked a romance with Nas in Casa Amor, leaving Demi single and heartbroken. Eva revealed on her youtube channel, that she was also 'scouted' by a producer. Eva said:
'It was very early September and I just woke up one morning and I got a message from the verified ITV account, and they basically messaged me saying 'we're looking for a group of singletons to find love this winter.'
Eva filled out the application on the encouragement of the recruiter and then went to the only open audition in London.
Nas and Eva recently revealed they were exclusive, Eva met Nas' parents and his family and they're doing great. Whilst Demi revealed that Luke and her got somehow closer even if they don't spent too much time together.
