Love Island stars tend to strike while the iron is hot by appearing on more reality shows soon after leaving the villa. But Lucinda Strafford has turned down an appearance on Celebs Go Dating amid rumours she’s back with her ex.

Lucinda Strafford turns down Celebs Go Dating
In an interview with The Sun, Lucinda said:
I have been offered a reality TV show, a dating one, but I have said 'unfortunately not'. I want a break from dating for a while, it’s too much. But I’m open to other reality TV shows, it’s not just dating shows out there, there are so many other ones out there.
Lucinda named I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! as one show she’d be particularly keen to get on. While the ITV reality show has never featured a Love Islander before, Lucinda hopes she ‘could be a first’. She might have to get in line though, as a number of other former Islanders have also expressed an interest in the show—including Olivia Attwood and Toby Aromolaran.
Who is Lucinda Strafford dating?
While Lucinda is remaining coy about her relationship status, she’s believed to be back together with her footballer ex Aaron Connolly. The couple were accused of being secretly together while Lucinda was on Love Island after it was revealed he looked after her dog while Lucinda was in the villa.
At the end of September, Lucinda appeared to confirm that they were back on, telling OK!:
Yeah, we are sort of talking again. We're seeing where things go, we're not back together as such but we're taking it step by step... Obviously, I was single and he sort of reached out and then the rest is sort of... I think I'm sort of keeping my options open but I'm not really talking to anyone else at the moment.
With Lucinda reluctant to go on any more dating shows, it seems like she and Aaron may well be back on!
