Love Island's Scott drops hints he may quit the show before the finale

Love Island has commenced its final week. The journey of love that started with 10 sexy singletons was joined by 22 bombshells over the course last 7 weeks - including 12 Casa Amor bombshells. There are only 6 couples left in the villa and one week before the finale on July 31 reveals who gets crowned the winner of Summer Love Island 2023.

Love Island’s Scott confesses the truth about his connection

However, Love Island viewers have a feeling that show favourite Scott van-der-Sluis may self-evict himself before the finale. Scott is currently coupled up with Abi and their connection is fairly new. While Abi jumps straight in the connection (We saw that with Mitch too), Scott is what he calls himself a ‘slow-burner.’ Meaning, he takes his time to form a bond or fall in love.

Yesterday’s (July 23) ‘Meet the Parents’ saw Scott and Abi get reunited with their families right before Scott told the guys that his connection with Abi is almost over. Even when he spoke to his sister and mother, he told that ‘There’s something not there at the moment.’

Love Island fans worried Scott may quit the show before the finale

Seeing how he detailed his current situation with Abi to his mother and sister, fans have a feeling that Scott may self-evict from the show soon as he’s not feeling it anymore. After Catherine, Scott hasn’t been able to form a romantic connection with anyone in the villa and things with Abi also seem to be going downhill, reported Mirror. Taking to Twitter many fans said:

I have a bad feeling Scott will literally evict himself from the villa bc this whole Abi thing is going nowhere and there are no other bombshells coming in now.

I feel like he’s been wanting to self-evict for a hot minute. Honestly, it was never going to be Abi.

I think Scott just wants to be sent home because what do you mean you told her parents something’s missing???

In today’s episode (July 24), Scott will tell Abi that he wants to take things slow as his doubts over his connection with Abi take over his mind. Many fans believe that Scott should self-evict now and go find Catherine on the outside as she seems to be having trouble with Elom as well. They took to Twitter and said:
