Diana Jenkins, one ofThe Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills cast members, has shocked the world with her support for this cause. She announced that she is donating $100,000 to the plane crash victims' families. But amid this gesture, people are calling her out as they feel she is lying about her generous donation. Here’s why.
Diana Jenkins’ alleged $100000 support
Diana’s claim to donate $100,000 to Tom Giraldi’s victims is being called out by a lawyer working on his embezzlement cases. In a rumored effort to rebrand herself, Jenkins recently announced her donation to help the Lion Air victims.
Diana’s alleged false claims
People are claiming that this announcement from Diana’s side is to shut down other controversies she is accused of. As per Screenrant, Jay Edelson of Edelson PC, the law firm suing Giraldi and his ex Erika Jayne on behalf of the families, has said that Diana has not donated to the cause. Erika and Diana are friends on the show, and Diana allegedly wanted to take action to help the victims.
When asked in an interview regarding Diana’s donation, Edelson said:
All of that was crap Alright, now I’m going to swear cause I’m pissed. That is total C-R-A-P!
Diana’s retaliation to the claim
After Edelson mentioned that Diana has made no effort to donate, Diana supposedly upped her donation by $2,000. As per Screenrant, a PR representative for Diana allegedly confirmed that Diana paid $102,000 to the victims on November 27, days after Edelson claimed otherwise.
An official press release said:
The bulk of the donations came from Ms. Jenkins, who donated $100,000 for the project on September 9.
But, it has not yet actually been confirmed if Diana made this donation.
