Every season has kept fans wanting more, and now with season 13 in the pipeline, there is a lot to look forward to. Season 12 saw so much drama and controversy that it seems like everyone is still recovering from it. But fans cannot help but wonder who will make it to season 13. Here’s everything we know so far about the upcoming season of RHOBH.
RHOBH season 13
After season 12 of RHOBH wrapped up in October, following reunion episodes, there has been much speculation about what is to come for season 13. As per Reality Blurb, the exact cast for the new season still remains undecided. The producers and everyone involved in the show allegedly ‘needed a break’ after a 'brutal' and 'hard season'. As Lisa said to host Derek Zagami on RealiTea With Derek Z:
I need a… We need a break. We need time. We need some time. We need time to let it settle.
Rumors and speculation
While no information is disclosed or officially announced from the makers’ side, it is said that filming will begin as of January. The Queens of Bravo posted on Instagram:
Unlike last [year] when cameras were rolling by October, we’re hearing that production is tentatively looking to gear up in late January 2023. Nothing is official yet so we’re writing this in pencil.
It is said that a decision will be made before or after Thanksgiving, November 24.
Not only has there been drama among the cast members but also the production team. Producers are still allegedly undecided about whom to bring in and drop for the next season. According to Radar Online, rumor has it that,
Dorit was demoted to 'friend of,' Crystal and Diana were on the chopping block, and producers were 'torn' about whether to bring back Rinna or Kathy.
Producers will seemingly be forced to choose between Rinna or Kathy as the latter told TMZ last month that she would refuse to take part in the show if Rinna returns for the new season. A source told Us Weekly:
They’re learning toward bringing [Kathy Hilton] back again as a friend because she’s a fan favorite. But they’re conflicted because Lisa is the show’s antagonist, and that is a critical role. They are also taking the fan backlash [surrounding Lisa] into consideration.
Meanwhile, Crystal was ambivalent about her future on the show, tellingE! News:
The first day I got a call, the universe handed it to me, and I’m the same way about it. If it comes again, great. If it doesn’t, that’s okay too.
Us Weekly's insider also revealed that 'there have also been talks about bringing back Brandi Glanville and Lisa Vanderpump,' for season 13, however a final decision has 'yet to be made.'
