Love Island 2021 teasers
ITV is clearly aiming for a red-hot series as the teaser saw Laura dressed in a striking bright red jumpsuit with matching lippy. With a new tagline ‘This is not a drill!,’ one of the teasers sees Laura smashing a red fire alarm with the label ‘In case of Love Island crack on’.
The other teaser shows a bright red Jeep pulling up with loudspeakers and a numberplate reading ‘Lov3’. The teasers were filmed in East London earlier this month, leading many fans to question whether the main show will also be filmed in the UK due to ongoing coronavirus restrictions.
Where will Love Island 2021 be filmed?
I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! proved last year that switching locations doesn’t have to spell disaster so a UK villa certainly could work. However, renovation work is underway at the traditional Love Island Majorca villa so it’s looking hopeful that the show will be returning to filming on the sunny Spanish island as usual.
According to one source quoted in The Mirror:
Love Island bosses are determined to return to the villa this summer and have worked hard to make it happen. Although they are confident the series will go ahead in the original location, there are still concerns over rules suddenly changing. However, at the moment it's looking good.
