Grant Crapp to become a father

Sharing a sweet snap of himself and a visibly pregnant Lucy in their swimwear on the beach, Grant revealed that the couple are expecting a baby girl, as he wrote: ‘BABY CRAPP DUE APRIL ❤️🤰🏻 so excited to be a dad! She’s going to be soo cute!! I can’t wait to meet her 😍 #whatayear’.

Although Grant found fame by winning the first series of Love Island Australia with Tayla Damir, their relationship didn’t last long outside the villa. Three months after their split, Grant was back together with former girlfriend Lucy – and many reckon that they never actually broke up at all.

Whilst Grant claims that he went into the villa ‘with an open heart and looking for love’, Tayla has said she believes their whole relationship was a sham:

There were never feelings there. He was still in love with Lucy—which is fine, if that’s where his heart is, then I really do hope they work. At my expense. But what a charade!

Meanwhile, former electrician Grant has bought two properties with Lucy since his Love Island win – a first home worth $380,000 in Malua Bay in New South Wales and a second property worth $770,000 in May 2019. Sadly this home was burnt down in bushfires and the couple has had to rebuild it.
