According to a source who spoke to The Sun, Lucinda and Aaron had been rekindling their relationship after splitting last year—but Aaron has been floored by Lucinda’s revelation that she is still planning on entering the villa in a few weeks’ time, despite them being ‘in each other’s pockets’ for the last few weeks.
The source claimed:
She’s going in to plug her business. She wants fame and money—she’s always wanted to be a celebrity. She’s trying to become an influencer, she wants to do it for her business. Aaron’s really upset and really annoyed about it. They were together for two years and then broke up.
They continued:
He was seeing other people and she was jealous, but over the past few months they’ve been seeing each other, going for dinner and reconciling and now he’s found out about Love Island he’s very upset. In the last few weeks they’ve been in each other’s pockets, but the TV show will change all that.
Who is Lucinda Strafford?
As well as being a budding influencer and owning her own clothing brand, Lucinda also previously worked as cabin crew for British Airways but was laid off following the pandemic—freeing her up for a trip to theLove Island villa in Majorca after she was previously forced to turn the opportunity down.
