Lana was Casey’s top choice in his first three dates including Olivia and Jessie. The two ever since have been developing a bond that viewers have been appreciating so much that they don't want Ron to be around or near Lana anymore.

Lea is a skater and now an influencer was the serious relationship that Casey spoke about even in his pre-villa introduction. He said:
I came out of a serious relationship a year ago and I haven’t really been looking for anything for the last year.
But after lots of fun, I’ve realised that now I want to settle down and find something real.
Meanwhile, social media has given enough proof that Casey and Lea enjoyed a lot of vacations together from skiing in France and exploring Mexico to a romantic getaway in the Maldives. Lea has been a part of many of Casey’s Instagram photos suggesting the two parted ways on amicable terms.
This comes after Casey was seen in competition with Ron over Lana. The two boys bantered a little while making breakfast for her as Ron beat Casey to it.
